This class is not progressive, so it's drop-in friendly, but scheduled as a series.

This a is a DRILLS class for dancers with prior experience. That means that there is less breakdown of movements and less feedback. This is a practice class! Here we will drill beginner and level 1 moves, and add layers, with options for modifications/challenges for those at lower/higher levels. Ideal for those who have done Beginner (or higher) a few times and want to just practice and challenge themselves before moving on to the next level, or students at higher levels who just want a fun practice/drills workout. This is the best way to really solidify your skills!
Experience required.
Minimum at least one Beginner course, preferably with Rahel.
