This is the SPRING progressive course that runs weekly on
Tuesdays at 6:00pm PST (75min)
Mar 22 - Jun 7, 2022 (12 weeks)
This is the level above Beginner. A progressive course for students who have a decent handle on beginner moves and want to learn technique at the next level. Learn basic layers, more intricate isolations (called Rahel’s Vitamins), and more complex moves, This is a technique class, meaning there will be more breakdown, questions, interaction, and feedback than a Drills or Conditioning class.
Experience required. Minimum at least one Beginner course, preferably with Rahel. If you are a new student to Rahel with outside experience please message Rahel to see if you are eligible for this class.
