Thursdays at 4:30pm PST (75min)

This is the step above Level 1.
Experience required: minimum one full course of Level 1 with Rahel.
(If you feel you are well beyond level 1 contact Rahel for a bypass option)
Here we build on detailed isolations (called Rahel’s "Vitamins") learnt in Level 1, undulations, 3/4 shimmies, traveling moves (for small space), "foot code" spins and turns and more.
