Class Description:
This a is a DRILLS class for dancers with prior experience. That means that there is less breakdown of movements and less feedback. This is a practice class! Here we will drill beginner and up moves, and add layers, with options for modifications/challenges for those at lower/higher levels. Ideal for those who have done at least Beginner (or higher) a few times and want to just practice and challenge themselves before moving on to the next level, or students at higher levels who just want a fun practice/drills workout. This is the best way to really solidify your skills! We work towards a combo at the end of class most weeks.
Experience required.
Minimum at least one Beginner course, preferably with Rahel.
Drop-in friendly for experienced dancers.
Online only at this time.
Recordings included each week in addition to the interactive live stream
Students will have access to recordings for 2 weeks after each class.
