This is the level above Beginner.
A progressive course for students who have a decent handle on beginner moves and want to learn technique at the next level. Learn basic layers, more intricate isolations (called Rahel’s Vitamins), and more complex moves, This is a technique class, meaning there will be more breakdown, questions, interaction, and feedback than a Drills class.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Minimum at least one Beginner course, preferably with Rahel.
If you are a new student to Rahel with outside experience please message Rahel to see if you are eligible for this class.
This course is a prerequisite for LV2, if you think you'd like to jump ahead to LV2 please message Rahel for a bypass option.
Drop-ins only permitted for students who have completed this level before.
Online only at this time. Recordings included each week in addition to the interactive live stream.
Students will have access to recordings up until 2 weeks after the series ends.
