This is the progressive course that runs weekly on
Mondays 6:30 - 7:15pm PST (75min)
Jun 13 - Aug 15 (no class Jul 11 or Aug 1) 8 weeks total

Students MUST watch the prep material before attending class.
Please note that provincial COVID 19 protocols will apply (ie. Proof of vaccination required, masks recommended but not required)
Bellydance conditioning and drills for dancers with experience, minimum one year recommended. Strengthen, stretch and drill!
We do a juicy workout for 30 min, then mixed multi level drills for 30 min, usually a combo, and then a nice long, relaxing 15 min stretch.
Minimum one complete 7-10 week beginner course (preferably with Rahel) but at least one year of experience preferred.
Drop-in friendly (with experience). Drop-ins $22, with permission only.
Students that are new to Rahel must watch some pre-recorded video prerequisite material before joining the class.
The workout may incorporate body weight, isometrics, free weights and resistance bands, and will always utilize mind muscle connection.
Equipment provided but it's recommended to bring your own yoga mat for hygienic purposes.
Bring a water bottle.
