Class Description:
Body positive, embodied, low impact strength training and movement. Sometimes higher intensity, sometimes slow and juicy... but always focused on mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, mood-boosting, and getting in your body! Guaranteed to leave you feeling better than your started.

No experience required:
(but please check with your doctor to make sure that this type of activity is safe for you). 

Equipment needed:
yoga mat, socks or rag for sliding (use paper or plastic plates if you have carpet), and a scarf or rope.
