This class is also Drop-in friendly.
To drop in, purchase a drop in pass (single, or discounted packs) and message Rahel with which week(s) you want to attend. Drop-ins can also be used retroactively, in which case you would receive the latest class recording. Recordings are accessible for two weeks after each class.
Gentle, deeply relaxing, slow and mindful.
No experience required.
Great for de-stressing, connecting to your body, and improving flexibility and mindfulness.
Here we focus on presence, meditation and breathwork, while moving through a gentle flow of stretches designed to facilitate space, revitalization and relaxation in your whole body.
Flows are customized each week to students' requests. You can send in your requests ahead of time to the group chat if you're not attending the live class.

: Yoga mat, a few props (you can use blocks, cushions or bolsters, or makeshift items like rolled up towels, couch cushions and paper towel rolls) and a strap or scarf/belt.
