ONLINE on Zoom with recordings included.
Recordings remain available for the duration for the series plus an extra 2 weeks.
NOTE: The day and time of this class is subject to change in May if Rahel's school schedule conflicts, but measures will be taking to avoid this as much as possible, and advanced warning will be given if needed.

A trauma informed, mindful-movement-based embodiment practice. The ultimate self-care tool!
This class is an opportunity to get in touch with your body's innate wisdom, reclaim healing movements and gestures, learn somatic resources, become friends with you body, and move in a way that feels GOOD!!!

In each 60 min session you will be guided INTO your body through sensation and non-judgemental awareness. You will then be invited into movement through a series of prompts to help you start exploring your own organic movement impulses. This practice is NOT about how movement LOOKS, it's about how movement FEELS. 
Each session will end with re-integration, and there will be a few minutes at the end for participants to share their experiences, comments or questions if they so choose.

Some sessions will include some psychoeducation and somatic resource exploration, others will be purely guided movement practice. Almost all sessions will include beautiful music.

Specification:
There is NO experience required for this class.
This practice is for EVERY BODY ability, size, gender etc. 
The only requirement is that you can breathe, and have internet connection.
Cameras on/off is fully optional and participants are encouraged to make the practice feel safe and sacred to them.

You may want:
-Space to move around in, that feels safe, and with no interuptions.
-A yoga mat or rug for working on the floor, cushions for sitting or laying down.
-Good speakers of headphones to enjoy the music.
